Lucky Lava Lake; Thunderstorms might affect fishing, but outing yields nice rainbows

John Garrison was not expecting much.Lava Lake had been the hot spot for the month of July. But the fishing had deteriorated since a recent massive thunderstorm, according to Garrison, a fishing guide in Central Oregon for 25 years.The change in barometric pressure from the storm had made the rainbow trout stop biting, he said.
